## What is BowlPrep?

Looking for white diet recipes before a colonoscopy? BowlPrep is the Colonoscopy Cookbook in your pocket — gourmet low residue and clear fluid meals for bowel prep, so you’re not stuck on sad toast.

Compiled by a practising colonoscopist, with recipes by Sophie Hansen. Plan your pre-colonoscopy diet with food you’d actually want to eat — and share with whoever’s at the table.

WHAT YOU GET
• 20 white diet / low residue recipes for colonoscopy prep (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, clear fluids)
• Clear fluid options with real flavour — broths, jellies, sorbet and more
• Optional extras for partners and family who aren’t on the restricted diet
• Meal planner for your bowel prep days
• Shopping list that stays on your device
• Private by design — we don’t collect your personal data

Built for the questions everyone asks before colonoscopy: What am I going to be able to eat on a white diet? What counts as low residue? What can I drink on clear fluids?

Follow your clinic’s bowel prep sheet first. BowlPrep is the food guide for those days — recipes designed for quality prep, not a replacement for your doctor’s instructions.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-04-18*

Absolute waste of money. There are just three recipes for each meal of the day.

**Developer response:** Sorry it didn’t meet what you hoped for. BowlPrep is twenty gourmet low-residue and clear-fluid recipes specifically for the 2-3 prep days before a colonoscopy — a focused set — plus a meal planner and shopping list to help you coordinate those days.
