They constantly have great products and take them very seriously. Protein that not only tastes like what they say it is but makes your body feel good. I was struggling last year Post 😷 and just couldn’t find joy in the things I once did. I started with Sharp and it’s completely changed my day!!! I cannot live without it. The Melt Jelly bean is amazing and my Husband who trains for triathlons and an Ironman right now loves the Glutamine and Sharp too! They refuse to give refunds for opened products, but how else does one know a protein has changed and is disgusting without opening it? Customer service is horrendous. They delete negative reviews. They block anyone on social media that says something negative about them, even if it’s honest and truthful. The owner has a terrible attitude and it clearly shows in their “customer service”. Just disgusting. If you go back bc you forget something it completely signs out of Shoppay, ApplePay, Paypal and you have to sign in each time. The website allowed you to stay signed in (if you select stay signed in) The style is less user friendly overall than the website.. The “percent off” of items are not shown, it only had crossed out original costs then new cost in red.What’s on the website is better: it shows “30% off” for example with the changed price.
