Used to be great but

Started needing to register. Usually would suggest it. In my book, an app that requires no registration for years shouldn’t gatekeep its users. That’s a no-go for me. Uninstalling

Great app, has some flaws

This app is the best (in my experience) app for tracking F1 however, it is not without it’s flaws. For example, after the 2026 Zandvoort race, the app would still keep saying that the next race was Zandvoort, and the points did not update for a few days, (I understand this is likely to just be someone being busy at the time and not updating it, but I think it’s a valid point nonetheless). The debrief feature, while well intended has a serious problem, I know it’s not the developers fault, but people rating a race one star because their driver crashed, didn’t get a good result, takes away from the point, I’d like to see maybe moderation in that or something.

New update bugs

Used to work perfectly. However the widgets for favourite driver now keep changing. Set your favourite driver and watch how every time you look the driver changes. Used to be perfect. But now the app decides who it thinks should be my favourite driver. I’m sorry but stroll is no one’s favourite so stop displaying him

Great and all but…

This is an amazing app! I have been using it for a few months now and it is super accurate! The only issue is that it logged me out and won’t let me log back in or even make a new account.

Latest update seems to have broken lock screen notifications

All was well till the latest update from which point the lock screen widget/notifications only display the top half of the info. This now means you just see the race name and session name but no actual info from the session.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail so it’s basically now useless for the purpose I bought it for.

the best f1 widget app

i have tried a handful of others, but this one takes the cake. “box box club: formula widgets” has the most amount of widgets for free, and i use it any time i check my phone. whether or not you download this app is completely up to you. but if you want to stay updated on the latest f1 news and regulation updates, or just want to tune into motorsport activity: this app is for you. 5/5 stars, would recommend to ANY formula one fan. not to mention, it has SO many features and options to pick and choose for widgets is insane. customer service by email is also amazing!

Widgets are Broken

None of the widgets I have used for months work after latest updates. They're free widgets but just show a black box.

Don’t understand the point of rating and writing comments/reviews of races that haven’t even happened yet. Makes the review system less genuine.
