Exactly what I was looking for. The 5 cycles I believe is very sensible. The separation of the free from the paying app is really smart and less annoying to have pop ups in the app. Well done.

I gave a negative review because app is set up in a bully kind of fashion. Would not let me use app until I left a review. So seeing how your demanding design would let me beyond it. Incidentally this is your fault and your problem. If you don’t want negative reviews maybe design it differently. The fact no one else has said anything is only a testament to weak minded people in the world

The app is useless as it allows only 5 breathing cycles. For more you need to download another paid version of it. Silly way to avoid in-app purchases label.

Ich habe spontan(wg. Panikattacke) eine Atem App gesucht, da dieses box breathing auch von den Navy Seals vor Einsätzen oder dem Tauchen verwendet wird. Durch die variable Atem und haltezeiten kann es auf jeden individuell angepasst werden. Und die Panikattacke einfach weggeatmet werden. D A N K E

Simply to follow and the customization is great. I personally can’t have the sound on so the simple vibration for each stage or side of the box in “ box breathing “ makes it easy to follow with your eyes closed. The daily reminder for your planned session is also handy. Easily 5 stars.
