The data from this app is stored somewhere I can’t see and can’t delete and it impacts my iPhone storage limits too much. Need to delete the whole app in order to clear that data

Unfortunately very far behind the competition… In simple things that you use every day. Not crashing all the time, would be a great starting point. Not recommended.

Frustrating! And this is the only cloud software the federal government will allow us to use. Wonder why the government runs at half-speed? Having to use software like this.

This was a great app but since a few months ago my iPhone app won’t let me log in, you can’t even go onto support to leave a message. They have a serious technical problem and it’s not been fixed very quickly as it’s still on going. 

So.. you can rely on this. Don’t use it on your iPhone.

Please hurry. Why it is taking so long to support iOS11 and drag and drop? 

Otherwise it is a great app just too slow to implement and update.

Consistently crashes when reading or viewing files. Type of file does not seem to have an impact...same experience with PDF, word and excel docs.

Need ability to download local files to iOS devices.  (Example: Open a .mov and save it to my camera roll, same with pics etc).  If this isn’t implemented soon, I’m afraid we will have to switch to another file share option.  Otherwise box is great.

Box has changed my way of working. Box Notes is superb compared to the very limited Dropbox Paper. I love that I can create Notes in the same folders as my files and share them in the same way as the Box Files. When I am travelling I can update the Notes on my phone and when I open my laptop in the office they are there to continue working. It is also great for group work where we can work simultaneously on a document.

Very Good enterprise file sharing but very limited be lack to f being able to annotate files natively. Is this a planned feature?  If so, when?

zuverlässig und wird von vielen Apps direkt unterstützt. Die App hat ein hervorragendes Layout, auch lange Dateinamen gut ablesbar - das ist bei Dropbox deutlich schlechter.
Schade, dass das Suchen bzw. das Arbeiten mit Tags so vernachlässigt wird.

大変便利に利用していましたが、Box Noteの編集で矢印キーが効かなくなりました。
メモアプリでは機能しているので機器故障の可能性はありません。
改善して欲しいです。

Box works very well for moving files around and sharing and things, but I've had some serious issues on the latest release with document manipulation such as zooming and flipping through pages… It will just randomly crash the application! Please address this!

The app is great and functions well, but it does crash quite a bit in the middle of going back and forth through documents and while flipping pages. Which can be frustrating. Will you please fix this issue.
