Didn’t realize I could only have one category until I was already three boxes into my packing session. If you’re gonna limit people to how many categories they can have for free, at least say that up front. Very disappointed.

**Developer response:** Hey, fair point. The free tier limits should be clearer before you hit them, not after. That's on me and I'm going to fix it. For now, the free plan gives you 2 categories with up to 5 boxes each, and unlimited items inside each box. If you need anything, drop me a line at hello@boxy-app.com.

• Ask Siri "where did I put my drill in BOXY" and hear which box it's in, without opening the app
• Store by voice: ask Siri to put something in a box or to start a new one, and BOXY reads the box code back to you
• Shortcuts: over twenty actions for boxes, items, tags and photos, ready to drop into your own automations
• Box codes are now unique across the app. If two boxes ever shared one, BOXY spots it and helps you renumber, so a scanned label always opens the right box
• Sharing a category is now one tap away, from the toolbar or a long press
• BOXY now speaks German, alongside English and Spanish

Also in this update: each print option now says what it produces, box names read above their code, faster photo handling, cleaner Spotlight results, and a fix for dictation dropping words on iOS 26.
