## What is Box Protector?

Box Protector is a video evidence tool for ecommerce sellers, warehouses, retail stores, and after-sales teams.
Scan or enter a tracking number to start recording shipment dispatch, return check-in, or an on-site inspection. Video, tracking number, and recording time are saved together so you can find evidence quickly during disputes or platform appeals.
Core features:
Shipment dispatch and return check-in flows
Standard recording and continuous recording modes
Local search by tracking number, order number, or SKU
Multi-store record ownership and filtering
Local save, playback, export, and storage management
Box Protector does not require an account and does not depend on network connectivity. Videos and records are stored locally on the device by default.
