Something simple to replace a physical gym clock. Simple stuff, intervals, countdown, up/down timers… the basics… Everything I downloaded had so many features that they were almost unusable. Or simple features (like saving a workout) required payment. Box Timer on the other hand had all the normal features found on a physical gym timer, without any of the unnecessary bloat. Almost like the developer actually goes to a gym and has actually seen a gym timer. This app does everything I could want from an interval training app and nothing extraneous. Best of all the developer is actively maintaining it. I found a minor but annoying bug, emailed him about it and was met with a shockingly fast response and fix. Couldn't ask for more. Recommend raw numerical entry vice these dumb wheel of fortune selectors. Timer looks authentic to a CrossFit timer which the only thing going for it.
