Guys, work on your app. The umbrella thing, you still show it. Its been there for ages now. Doesnt work. Plus your payment methods dont work now? In case of cash deliveries ask your partner to carry phone with gpay ir paytm. Nobody wanna give swiggy 50 more ruppes for the same order.

Years ago they started well.
Yesterday, I ordered Rajma and I got Dal Makhani. 
Firstly the order delivered was wrong. Next the dal makhani was stale. There was a sour/rancid taste to it. When I connected with their support team, he apologised for the wrong delivery and gave me a wallet credit of ₹100/-. 🤔🤨😳😳 No word on the stale food delivered!! Answered like a bot! And he closed the conversation 😳 I have zero confidence in their ability to provide fresh food now. I logged out and deleted the app. Never again. I don’t know what their kitchens look like… Next I will have food poisoning surely from Box8 and will get a credit of ₹100/- if letting them continue delivering spoilt food like this.

I really want to call out the very polite attitude and nature of the delivery boy from Box8. His name is Sunil Kumar . He delivered my food on time. Box8 needs to hire and appointment More people like Sunil Kumar who are so dedicated towards work. I am a very happy customer and will always order from Box8.

Its being 5 years i am connected to BOX8 and Mojo Pizza and they are just amazing in there services and the desi taste will make you feel out of the world.I know some people may not like it but its worth for me.

Since 3 past orders, we have gotten late due to their late delivery. Once we had to catch a bus and had to eat on the way because of the delay.
No wonder the food is good quality but it’s no use to me when I am not getting that food on said time.
They say live tracking status. Absolutely false. I had to call restaurant manager who btw answers after 7 min waiting! You are a food delivery company! How do you not know when the food is prepared or when the delivery partner has left with the food.
I am never using this app again.

Box8 is scamming people. I ordered food, the ETA was 30 mins. Then they didn’t deliver the food, after 75 mins they marked the food as delivered without delivery. Customer support (Aarifa) doesn’t even care to reply or resolve issue. The delivery boy did not pickup the call for the 10 attempts I made Please don’t use this app and never ever order food from box8. I lost 504 RS and 2 hours on this and didn’t even get the food. This was the worst torture I have had

I am facing problem with login as I am not able to receive OTP. When contacted Box8 on chat was asked to contact service provider of mobile. (There is no other way to reach Box8 other than chat and that too it is active only during certain hours of the day). Email complaints do not work as the email bounces.
When contacted the mobile service provider, was told that if the OTPs are not received then the sender has not complied as per TRAI requirements as the mobile service providers do not block any SMS. Box8 please comply with TRAI before sending OTP. And please provide other means of receiving OTP (Whatsapp/Email) like other do. And please make sure customers are able to reach u by email or telephone. Else please shut down your services.

Not the least comes in box and u dont need anything like serving bowl, plate etc. comes in such a way that you can eat after opening box (like pizza)

I like box8 because they have intelligently solved all problems with indian food (like taking out in serving bowl, plate, spoon bla bla) and prepared with process and measurements to preserve same taste every-time. - thats the magic.
