I was working downtown at the time and had been commuting for years longer than that guy. I changed jobs, started working in Midtown again, and realized he was right. I get to work easier, faster, and in a better mood. The add-Ons have been great. Trying to setup account for parking reservation but does not work at all. They are always behind schedule and they change locations with pushes 5 minutes before.
