Just tried the iPhone app (old version ) and it doesn’t work so I updated to this latest version but it doesn’t work either. Cannot find a user with that name. Fortunately the desktop version still can. ### 1/5 — New accounts no longer allowed *2025-01-18, version 3.29* Tried to use, but received message that new accounts no longer allowed ### 1/5 — Awful handling of retirement *2023-09-09, version 3.25* Unclear instructions, missing notifications until the last minute, and dupes on dupes on dupes on dupes. Spent so much time cleaning up their poorly designed exit strategy. Apparently, other folks are receiving the same notice. All I can say is good riddance and goodbye because their service was horrible and I never trusted them to begin with….so delete away. Bye Bye, you won’t be missed. *Update: Dropbox has acquired Boxcryptor Dec. ‘22. In doing so, Dropbox will eventually add Zero Knowledge encryption to their services. Great huh? Why is it still on the App Store? ### 1/5 — Glad to see this garbage app going away *2022-12-21, version 3.24* Back in 2014-2016, messaged this company bc there app messed up my iTunes library which was being stored in Apples iCloud Drive. When I went to decrypt, it had swapped the name of the files from what was originally the song and corrupted about 50% of my library I’d built up since 2000’s. Lost $$$$ of data. When I reached out to support they were useless and I eventually gave up.
