I am still getting notifications of emails, but am unable to open the app. To trouble shoot, I have tried to delete and downloaded direct from the App Store. That did not work and now I don’t get emails at all since I can’t link my account to the redownloaded app. I searched the help section of their website and it seems to be an endless problem. The most concerning part is some of the responses being “this version of iOS is bad, update to the newer version”. And while I know my phone is on the most recent version, that is a horrible response to repeating problem for the customer base. I, like many others, have no choice but to use this for managing my work phones access to emails. But after what I have seen on their help desk page, I will be investigating other options for company devices. I don’t have much confidence in a product that finger points their software issues to other platforms. ### 2/5 — Changed phones, can’t configure now *2025-02-19, version 25.01.1* Worked fine as a free email client when it was VMWare Boxer. Still worked as Omnissa Boxer, but today I got a new(er) iPhone XR and transferred settings in the standard iPhone way. Almost every other app still works but Boxer doesn’t. Tried to set up automatically using same credentials that work on my other 3 devices and worked on my previous iPhone, but it says Google sees this app as malicious so it’s blocked, no bypass. Manual setup goes nowhere either. No help online without a paid account. I spent my life as an HP certified hardware tech but I do know a thing or two about configuring accounts after hardware upgrades! I’ll try again after next app update, hoping new owners didn’t flush the original developer team. ### 4/5 — Good app *2025-02-15, version 25.01.1* Came across this accidentally and it is a good app. Wanted to have both work email and calendar in one app (and yet separate from my other private email app). It is very inconvenient that I receive notifications only from the main folder Inbox. You also need to see when emails arrive in the subfolder. (It always starts back up ok). Anyone else having any issues?? P.S. this appears to be related to iOS 17. ### 3/5 — Fast, but weird *2024-10-11, version 24.10* Loads and syncs fast, which is great, but there are little annoying problems: 1. Non-standard buttons buttons/swipes to mark mail as unread or move/delete it. Developer should make UI interactions more like Apple Mail. 2. Red exclamation point badge on my Settings for months with no explanation of what it is. How can I make it go away? ### 2/5 — Lacks reliability & quality *2024-10-11, version 24.10* For two months notifications didn’t work, the message count on icons is almost always off. Composing emails seems to always work, as does manually checking messages. Other mailboxes don’t always work. This is supposed to be a professional email client but it’s clearly lacking in reliability and quality of one. Our IT staff put in tickets that usually sit for weeks or months to get glaring issues and bugs fixed. I cannot recommend this product as a user, and also what I see on the admin backend side as well. Look elsewhere, or at minimum, have a rigorous POC to know what you’re paying for if you commit. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Incredibly slow to load and refresh *2026-08-04, version 26.06.1* This app is required by my employer. It takes forever to load and then even longer to refresh. I’m sure my employer pays a ton of money for a subscription (or whatever) and I would certainly expect a better product if I were paying. I have missed so many meetings because the sound is too short. Please add longer reminder and email sounds. They are too short. I love this email app but it keeps crashing when I try to compose an email or go into other folders. Is there an update coming that will fix this? I appreciate you allowing notifications to come through on my iPhone and it has helped so much in managing my email when outside of work. The refresh has improved too.
