If you are like most boxers and struggle to come up with workouts independent of your coach, then this app will be a game changer. I really like that you can choose what to focus on and the type of workout you are wanting then it generates a custom plan within seconds. I’ve used for heavy bag, mitt work, and sparring. I’m using it as a fighter, but there are coach functions in the app as well. Honestly, just get it.
