I used the free version of this app for about a year. The only real difference I can tell is the lack of advert banner since I paid for it. It’s intuitive to use but offers options to customize your workout in any way you see fit. The time allotted for combat as well as breaks and number of rounds is all changeable. I have not needed anything more to put in a good bag workout.
