## What is Boxing Round Timer?

A round timer for boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, HIIT and Tabata training.
Huge, high-contrast digits let you read the remaining time from across the gym.

FEATURES

• Your music keeps playing
  Use it with Apple Music or Spotify running. The gong is mixed over your music instead of interrupting it.

• A real gong
  Recorded from an actual gong, not a synthesised beep.

• A warning before the bell
  A sound marks the last 10 or 30 seconds of a round. You can turn it off.

• The screen changes colour during rest
  Tell work from rest at a glance, without reading the numbers.

• The screen stays awake
  Auto-lock is disabled while the timer runs, so you can leave the phone on the floor.

• Vibration
  Get the cue without sound. Switch it on or off.

SETTINGS

• Round time: 30 seconds, or 1 to 10 minutes
• Rest: 0 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 to 150 seconds, or 3 to 10 minutes
• Rounds: 1 to 15, or unlimited

TIPS

• Wearing gloves? You can tap START with your tongue.
• If the sounds are too quiet, check the ringer volume in Settings > Sounds & Haptics.

NOTE

• The timer does not advance while you are in another app. It resumes where it left off when you come back.

Could you fix the sound on it cause if you have headphones on it’s super loud even with the sound being off and it’s counting down. Made a button where you can adjust the volume. Please and thank you!

Нету времени подготовки,  нету многих нужных интервалов -45 сек отдыха, или 2.30 раунда, цвет раунда от отдыха отличается слабо, так что мельком взглянув не поймешь, звук тихий, нету времени взрыва 15 сек. По рекламу часто пишут но у меня нет. Из плюсов - не прерывает музыку

Have used for a variety of activities.   If training for a run, can set run/ walk.   Or for hi-intensity, 30, 60, 90 sec intervals with your desired rest periods.

I hope the app developers read this. If they could make the “rest” round timer change to the colour red and underneath the round heading it says REST ROUND or something like this. So it’s clearly distinguished between rest and work rounds. Otherwise I love this app I use it all the time.

This works great for anyone training by themselves or for coaches training clients. It has a bell when each round is done. Contrary to what people say, you can run it in the background and have music, at the same time. Its awesome and I would recommend it to anyone. It might not have the prettiest interface, but it works, so no big deal. 5/5 stars - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
