Il arrive que des appli de « remise en forme » ou d’entraînement offrent au moins 2-3 exercices histoire de vous encourager à prendre un abonnement si vous êtes suffisamment régulier/intéressé. Mais là non. On vous montre le contenu, certes très complet en apparence, mais chaque « clic » vous ramènera à la dure réalité : « tu veux tester ça ? Paye ! » « tu veux voir à quoi ressemble cet entraînement ? Paye ! ».
