Alas Boxit most one of my box with the kids’ car seat and items. This was documented on photos, but when they delivered the boxes (they don’t unpack for you so you cannot check on the spot) the car seat was missing as well as other items and when prompted about it by email and WhatsApp, they decided to ignore the complaints.
