Extremely convenient for tracking your packages. Also has a chat feature in the app which is excellent. Currently a little bit slow to perform tasks and few error pages but you’ll still be able to get all your work done. Also, their customer help is a joke. I do not recommend dealing with them. ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2020-10-05* When I first started using the service it was amazing the best I ever used. And it all went downhill suddenly everything became bad. Spoke to customer service more than once and nothing ever happened. And now the biggest thing is they changed their UK address without notifying the customers or sending an email or anything. I have an order that’s already dispatched and to my surprise the uk address just disappeared I contacted them and they said they changed it and they can’t do anything but offer their compassion really???! They even admitted they never sent out anything to the customers and that they have just changed the address without letting us know in anyway!!! ### 1/5 — Over price سيء جداً *2020-09-14* The app is good and clear. The prices are too much, you need to pay the shipping price plus the tax in Saudi so if you calculate every thing it will be more than what you purchase. I will not use it anymore just waiting for my shipments to arrive and then no more.
