At the store, I asked if they had this item and they said no which is fine, but on the app it said “free in store pick up - ready in 3-4 hours” I doubted it, especially being several days before xmas, but whatever let’s see what happens. 3-4 hours turns to 12 hours turns to days later. Now it’s after xmas and it’s says “preparing your items” I ASSUME at this point what they meant to say was “we ordered your item and are awaiting its arrival” but the status never changed. My wife of course doesn’t do surprises, and found an email saying it was ready THE NEXT DAY. We actually were at the mall IN THE STORE THAT DAY but since the APP which I’ve been checking every day did not change, I assumed it was in transit. It doesn’t state that you can only use one $20 voucher that you received per $40. So in order to be able to use all 10 of my vouchers I would have to spend $400 to get $200 off. I was under the impression that as long as we spent $40 I could use two vouchers to cover the total. Very misleading. And everything that was in stock last week is now out of stock this week.
