If you are also an awkward shadow boxer , download this app immediately!! The variety of structured combos I can follow are great. Now I actually look like I know what I’m doing and feel so much more confident in the gym🥊🥊

Always wanted to start doing boxing with PT but couldn’t find means for it. Now I can do it for a fraction of that! 
The best fitness app I’ve seen by a mile.
Pity that I can only put 5 stars the app is really world class quality!

This is one of the best app dedicated to home boxing coaching. I had been looking for an boxing coaching app that teaches me the basics as well as combos. This app does that through well structured workouts modules and progress tracking.

Great to learn boxing all my yourself. Bag work is now much more bearable - I know exactly what to do, I actually learn, and have much more fun. I usually put Spotify on, select a workout from a training program, and work on a bag between classes. Great stuff!
