## What is Boxset?

Juggling six shows on five streaming services, you lose track of what's actually on tonight. Boxset gives you one calm home screen with a single answer: the episode airing soonest, when it drops, and where to watch it.

No more scrolling through apps trying to remember if the new season started. Plain-language countdowns like Tonight, Tomorrow, and In 3 days tell you exactly when to tune in, for every series you follow.

Watching an episode is one tap. Hit +1, and your progress bar fills in, your count advances, and finishing a season earns a small celebration. It's a satisfying way to see how far you've come, series by series.

Organise your library into Watching, Watchlist, Paused, and Finished shelves. Long-press to move a show between them as your habits change, and see counts at a glance so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

Each show carries its streaming service as a coloured chip, covering eleven major platforms plus a custom option for anything else. Weekly reminders nudge you on drop day at the reminder time you set for yourself.

Adding shows is fast. Popular titles filter as you type, so common series go from search to shelf with a tap. Season and episode steppers make it easy to log where you are, and a start-next-season action appears the moment you finish one.

If you watch more than one show at a time, give your library a home. Download Boxset and always know what's on next.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-22

Improvements to shows which are not yet released.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-21

UI Improvements.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-19

Share the queue.

Boxset can now join two libraries into one, for the person you watch with. In Settings, one of you creates a short code, the other types it in, you both confirm, and your shelves become one. Either of you can add shows, log episodes and tidy up, and changes arrive on the other phone within seconds while the app is open.

Joining is optional and free, and everything else in Boxset works exactly as it did. Your reminders stay yours: you each pick your own time and get your own nudge for the same show. Leaving later keeps a full copy on your phone, and your partner keeps the shared library.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-14

Accounts are here! Sync your show library for free accross multiple devices.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-01

Weekly shows now notice when an episode has aired but hasn't been logged yet. That show reads Episode ready, waits at the top of your queue, and returns to the normal countdown once you log it.
