Boiler fitted on 21.11.24 during a follow up electrical inspection on 3.12.24 a leak was detected and boiler need more pressure. Repair call logged. Now 08.12.24 and no heating or hot water and no meaningful contact from BOXT

I have to keep registering every time I open the app, and it won’t let me upload photos even though it keeps asking me to upload photos. Not a great start.

Once I’m on this app, it’s good to use.  Problem is I have to keep re-registering to get onto it.  Tried on iPad and iPhone but same problem.  I’ve tried deleting app & starting again on both but that doesn’t work.  Doesn’t take long to re-register but it’s just annoying.
