App crashes on all my devices. 14pro max phone, iPad and older iPad.

I downloaded this app to help me with my holiday decorations. I’ve got my Halloween done. But now I’m trying to get my Christmas done and I can’t even open the app app or open up for me and when I try to contact Support it just sends me to a page and I still can’t get any app support on what the problem is if you read this, please contact me so I can get this issued taken care of.
I hate to have gone through all that work and now I don't even know what's in my boxes

This app makes managing your home (or elsewhere) storage so easy. The best part is it shows you how long things have been stored making it easy to get rid of stuff that’s been boxed up for months!
