Called several times and was told every time I called I needed to send an image of my debit card- which I had sent 3x and gotten confirmation that it was received. Customer service reps sounds sleepy on the phone. No courtesy No sympathy after explaining the funds was for surgery. Should have known and walked to a western union center to send the money. Sent money twice and all went well, and then I needed to send some money after a while and it prompted me to try again later as they were migrating banks. I waited for two weeks and tried again and got the same message. I sent a message inquiry when services will be back up and got no response. I decided to look up on google to see if I could find anything and boom - it says they are permanently closed. First of all, if services was down don’t you think we deserve to know what is going on? Secondly, what happens to our info and that of the people we send money too? Now I am worried these people going to sell my info. Why shut down whether temporarily or permanently abruptly without any heads-up.
