## What is Boyun Bekçisi?

The app interface is in Turkish.

Boyun Bekçisi ("Neck Guard") uses the motion sensor in compatible AirPods to notice when your head drops forward while you study or work at a desk. Calibrate your own upright position, choose a threshold and a delay, and if you stay slouched longer than that you hear a short tone in your ear.

• Break reminder: after 50 minutes of uninterrupted sitting it reminds you to stand up and stretch.
• Session summary with a timeline of your slouched moments.
• Daily goal and streak; lock screen and home screen widgets show today's upright percentage.
• Live Activity: when you lock your phone, your paused session stays on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.
• Siri and Shortcuts: start and end a session by voice.
• Four alert tones and a Library mode (vibration only).

REQUIREMENTS
Requires headphones with head-motion data: AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd generation or later), AirPods Max or Beats models with head tracking. Tracking works only while the app is open; locking the phone or switching apps pauses the session.

First 3 sessions are free. After that, a one-time Full Version purchase; no subscription. All data stays on your iPhone: no account, no ads, no analytics.

Boyun Bekçisi is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
AirPods and Siri are trademarks of Apple Inc.
