Otherwise it does a lot good things that matter but it needs a rehab ### 2/5 — Terrible login experience *2026-06-05, version 26.4.0* Every single time you login, it shows the exact same notification as if it’s your first time seeing it telling you that their new login system is better than ever, and that passwords are gone and that you only need one time passcodes or signing in with Google or whatever. The one time passcode worked fine, but signing in with Google is overly cumbersome, and most importantly, the app logs you out every single time you use it. It’s infuriating. And as soon as you login, you get the exact same useless announcement / welcome message that you can’t dismiss permanently. There is no way to see when and who made payments, fees added onto your account, or any history of account payments for that matter. You click the balance details section and it will provide you with a few details but nothing of value. Not only that but sometimes it’s not even the full information. The property we stay at charges utilities through rent as well and get posted separately. I will go to pay rent and have no insight of what percentage is rent and which percentage is utilities. I have to constantly reach out to my leasing office for my full ledger. Which is annoying because I should be able to access this at any point.
