Since our current borough president has taken office, I have twice reported issues and never received a response. His predecessor took care of things.  I’m deleting the app.

The reason why my request is closed is because I contacted the mayors office about the condition. I was waiting almost 4 months for the repair.

This is a fantastic app if you live on Staten Island. If you want to report something/issue it’s very user-friendly. It must work because when I reported things like potholes, snow needed to be removed and trees that needs pruning. It was all done in a timely manner! Honestly I can’t tell you how fantastic this app is you need to use it for yourself!!
