BP Companion provides a deeper understanding of your cardiovascular health, going far beyond simple high/low comparisons.
Developed by a specialist in anaesthesia, critical care, and emergency medicine with a Master's degree in Information Technology, BP Companion brings research-grade cardiovascular metrics to your iPhone and iPad.
Four Derived Cardiovascular Metrics Every reading automatically calculates Fractional Pulse Pressure (FPP), Pulse Pressure (PP), Rate Pressure Product (RPP), and Average Real Variability (ARV) — each with age-adjusted reference ranges and plain-language interpretation.

Average Real Variability (ARV) 
ARV measures reading-to-reading blood pressure fluctuation independently of your average level. Higher variability is independently associated with stroke risk, cardiovascular mortality, and cognitive decline — even when average blood pressure appears normal.

History & Analytics 
View your full reading history with date , trend detection, and medication adherence tracking.

Apple Health Integration 
Export your readings to Apple Health with correct measurement timestamps, with automatic duplicate prevention.

PDF & CSV Export 
Generate a comprehensive formatted PDF report for clinical consultation, or export your data as a CSV file for spreadsheet analysis. Share with your doctor by email, AirDrop, or any compatible app.
