### 1/5 — Bad

*2022-08-02, version 2.2.1*

Every time I try to register my device it says connection error . What a bummer

### 1/5 — Won’t pair with phone

*2022-04-25, version 2.1.7*

I’ve followed the directions yet my phone says it can’t find any watches. Very frustrating. Can’t recommend this product.

### 1/5 — Can’t register

*2021-12-11, version 2.1.1*

Still having similar problem creating an account. Is this product a scam?

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2021-10-13, version 2.0.7*

Cannot get app to register

### 1/5 — Can’t get the Registration Code

*2021-07-26, version 2.0.1*

I received the watch Monday, July 26. Downloaded app via QR code. Tried email registration twice and phone registration once and have yet to receive anything after 6 hours. The Contact Support link on this page returns “page not found”. Went to fitologywatch.com, clicked the Chat button, relayed the above, entered my email. As it happens they were not available and will respond when they can. In the meantime I am writing this in the hopes they will see it. Tomorrow I will most likely start the return and refund procedure.
It is really a shame because the watch is very nice looking.

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2020-12-31, version 1.2.0*

Unable On a

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2020-12-02, version 1.0.6*

When I try to register, it gives me “server error” message, whether I use e-mail or phone, rendering the bp watch unusable, because I can’t use the watch without the app and the app doesn’t work without registering.

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2020-11-04, version 1.0.6*

Difficult to pair with device and mysteriously unpairs

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Too complicated

*2025-12-21, version 3.2.34*

Technically too much for older people who want it simple.

### 1/5 — BP Doctor App

*2025-11-24, version 3.2.29*

Disconnects several times per day. In addition, it contains very little useful information.

### 1/5 — They collect everything about you

*2025-05-06, version 3.2.11*

Do read privacy policy. The device refuses even to measure BP without account in China. They collect your location, age, health data, pretty much everything except SSN. No, they are not US company and do not store information in the US or adhere to the US laws.

### 1/5 — Air not deflate

*2024-06-16, version 3.0.9*

Worked fine but now air blowing in but is not released out

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2023-11-16*

I was really excited to get this watch to be able to monitor my blood pressure more conveniently, regularly and accurately. I do like the watch for that purpose but the rest of it is pretty useless. I don’t translate military time very well and can’t find any setting to take the watch off from military time. Also, all but one of the watch face options are fine lined and small enough that I can’t read them. After wearing it for a couple of days I have to say the most inconvenient part is that none of the face displays include a date. I’m thinking I need to go back to using my regular watch for the date and time. If I decide to keep this device (I can’t really call it a watch) I’m probably only going to use it for my blood pressure readings. ☹️

### 1/5 — Total Junk DO NOT USE/Buy

*2023-07-27, version 2.3.3*

This watch is junk - it’s orientation is for right arm only? Also this app is absolutely cheap and poorly designed. They will not be updating this or provide software support. Cheap junk .

### 1/5 — app does not work

*2023-07-27, version 2.3.3*

The app doesn't ever let you actually register. Buy a different watch.

### 1/5 — App not online to finish registering account

*2023-04-22, version 2.3.0*

Cannot register account

### 1/5 — App

*2023-04-17, version 2.3.0*

I try to download the app but it won’t let me register it continues to give me an error message

### 1/5 — Don’t buy it

*2022-11-26, version 2.2.4*

Don’t buy the watch download and try the application first this whole thing is a joke

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Handy

*2025-11-24, version 3.2.29*

Saves step and BP data to Apple Health

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2023-03-04, version 2.2.5*

3/4/23 I just downloaded this app to use with my YHE BP Doctor Pro watch and it seems to be working flawlessly! I checked my BP and the data was already synced with the app when I checked.

### 4/5 — It’s from China

*2025-04-15, version 3.2.10*

Its interface is smooth, it is a smart watch with a singular design. Taking BP and other vitals.
It has a straight forward look and approach.
It doesn’t need an app to run however it does need updates.
For the price this device does deliver.
Now for the tough part. How long will it last.

### 3/5 — Time change

*2025-04-20, version 3.2.10*

How to change watch time to 12 hour clock?

### 3/5 — Measurements

*2024-11-21, version 3.1.60*

This app needs to be able to switch measurements. In my world I need to be able to have the temperature displayed in Fahrenheit, not Celsius. The time needs to be on a 12 hour clock, not 24 hour, and I need miles, not kilometers. These seem like really easy fixes, but I cannot figure out how to do it. If anyone can assist me in this I would be very appreciative.

### 3/5 — Works, could be updated. Privacy issues.

*2023-07-30, version 2.3.3*

For those having issues try a VPN. Install the app bluetooth connect, and you can delete the app once your device recognizes it. Use a identity generator and burner email. After you do this. Lock out permissions, and you can turn off BT. I have trust issues, but this was the only device on the market with and inflatable cuff. If you guys want more sales remove the initial app requirement from the watch. It cost over $200 dollars. If it’s area locked remove it. Lucky for me I understand how electronics work and got through the barrier.

### 2/5 — No Integration with Apple Health

*2023-09-27, version 2.3.6*

First, this watch is uncomfortable to wear. Like if I loosen the buckle by 1 hole, my BP measurements would be totally off. Getting it tightened to where that ruler tells you to is accurate, but it's like a very tighten handcuff that cuts off circulation. Second, the watch face does not light up if you shake your wrist like most other smartwatches. You have the press a button to show time. And third, what's the real use of that second higher button? It basically turns display off, but the display turns off automatically after like 8 secs. So what's the point? Now let's talk about this app. You can't use the app to set the display time out. 8 seconds is far too short. I wish I could also reprogram that second button to do something else like go directly to BP measurements. The app does not integrate with apple health. The app also will not allow me to remove faulty bp measurements because I loosen the buckle when not measuring bp to wear the watch more comfortably but forgetting to rebuckle tighter when bp gets measured. This ought to be an elementary thing for this app to be able to do. Remove inaccurate data. I hope the devs would read and implement these suggestions asap.
