This is a super important app for your BP tracking. I don’t know about you, but my BP is very different from morning to afternoon to evening. All other apps average them together, which doesn’t give a true picture of the day, and more importantly, could gloss over times when it’s regularly too high, because it’s averaged with other much lower times (like after a workout).

I take 2 meds a day, and the timing matters. With this app, I can see when in the day I’m regularly at a peak, and try to time my meds to bring that down. I love it!

Great presentation too, with other great features you just don’t get with other apps. Amazingly, not even the app that came with my bp monitor!
