## What is BP Log?

BP Log does not measure blood pressure. You take it with your home cuff, then type SYS, DIA, and pulse. About ten seconds. This app is a diary—not a medical device and not a camera app.

WHAT YOU GET
• Large last reading with a color zone (Normal, Elevated, Stage 1, Stage 2) using AHA/ACC or ESC/ESH—switch anytime in Settings.
• Today view: track 2 or 4 readings (morning and evening). No streaks. Miss a day? You just see a gap on the chart.
• Tags (morning, evening, after meds, coffee, exercise) and short notes. Pulse pressure and MAP on reading details.
• If a reading looks dangerously high, we show a crisis notice to contact your doctor. We do not diagnose or treat.

ALWAYS FREE
• Unlimited readings. Full history. Edit and delete anytime.
• 3-day SYS/DIA chart with morning and evening averages.
• Optional write to Apple Health—only what you type. We do not read your Health history.
• JSON backup to move data to another iPhone. Light, dark, or system appearance. English and Spanish. No account. No ads. Data stays on your device.

BP LOG PRO (optional subscription)
• One-page doctor PDF for the date range you choose, with AM/PM averages.
• Excel (.xlsx) and CSV export.
• Charts: 7, 14, 90 days, and all readings.
• Morning and evening reminders.
• Home Screen widgets in three sizes.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
• Monthly and yearly plans unlock the same Pro features.
• The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers, where offered.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Restore Purchases is available on the paywall (Settings → BP Log Pro).
