## What is BP Memo?

BP Memo is a simple app for logging your blood pressure and pulse each day and looking back on the changes with clear charts. It focuses only on your own records and their visualization - it does not make any medical judgments.

■ Log systolic, diastolic and pulse together
Enter your systolic (upper), diastolic (lower) and pulse along with the date and time. Choose whether the reading was taken in the morning or at night.

■ See your latest value and weekly average at a glance
The home screen shows your most recent reading and this week's averages for systolic, diastolic and pulse.

■ Look back with weekly and monthly charts
Averages are charted by week and by month, and you can compare morning vs. night trends.

■ CSV export for hospital visits
Export your records as a CSV file to share with your doctor at a checkup.

■ Everything stays on your device
All records are stored only on this device. No account or sign-in is required, and the app does not connect to the internet.
