## What is BP Sugar Log Book & Diary?

Keep blood pressure and blood sugar readings in one organized place.

Blood Snap is a simple health diary for people who check their numbers regularly and want a clean record they can rely on. Add a reading in a few taps, and the app keeps your history in order so you can look back whenever you need to.

What you can do with Blood Snap

- Log blood pressure and glucose readings in a single diary.
- Snap a photo of a reading to save it alongside your entry.
- Review your history in charts that show how your numbers change over time.
- Create a PDF report of your diary to share with your doctor or keep for your own records.
- Use the diary at no cost.

Why it helps

Readings written on scraps of paper or scattered across notes are hard to compare. A consistent log makes patterns easier to spot and gives you something concrete to bring to a check-up. Charts turn a long list of numbers into a picture you can read at a glance, and a PDF report means you do not have to copy values by hand before an appointment.

Built for everyday use

Blood Snap focuses on doing a few things clearly. Entries are quick to add, the diary stays easy to scan, and your records are ready when you need them. Whether you track your numbers daily or a few times a week, the app gives you one dependable place to keep them.
