As many others have noted beginning over a decade ago… I can’t log in using the very username and password that log me into my account on a browser. App is useless and I’m just glad I don’t often need to log in.

App is unusable. You enter the username & password that THEY provide you….doesnt work. Call BPAS Customer service…no help. Don’t waste your time with the app…just use the website….even that is having issues now…(continuous errors where pages don’t even load). The company has gone downhill since starting with them in 2006.

Password works on web but doesn’t work on the app and immediately says it’s incorrect which it’s not. I would give 0 stars if I could. Useless app. Go with another company to manage your money, this one just isn’t it.

I just downloaded app and uploaded my first claim. It recognized my credentials from their website. Easy to take a pic and upload. Also nice bar code scan feature if you aren’t sure if something is eligible.

Put in password from my online account. Doesn’t work. Tried to contact BPAS on their form for phone call back to me. Doesn’t work. 
They make it way more difficult and annoying to file claims than is necessary    
In general a pain to use.  If I had a choice I would use a different service.   Avoid if you can.
