I downloaded the app after seeing a message on the website. I downloaded the app and tried to login. Says invalid password. I thought I was going crazy... then I read the reviews. ### 1/5 — More of the same from bpas *2019-08-24, version 6.3.200* Bpas does its best to not give you your money back. They put as many hoops in front of you as possible. This app keeps that level of reputation in customer service secure. It conveniently fails to open, recognize passwords or file a claim. It a brilliant business plan actually.... run away from this app and put your money somewhere else safe. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2018-10-28, version 6.0.100* This app works a very low percentage of the time I try to use it. It consistently says my user name or password is incorrect when it is not. I have never used a less reliable app. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2015-03-24, version 4.1.0001* Don't waste your time, this is worthless. After entering your account user name and password, it requires you to create a 4 digit passcode. The problem is after attempting to enter a PIN numerous times it never accepts any 4 digit combination. Call BPAS Customer service…no help. Don’t waste your time with the app…just use the website….even that is having issues now…(continuous errors where pages don’t even load). It recognized my credentials from their website. Easy to take a pic and upload. Also nice bar code scan feature if you aren’t sure if something is eligible. ### 5/5 — Works great *2020-11-17, version 7.5.0* I can access my VEBA and my FSA accounts with ease. I can submit my claims with ease and I get a check for reimbursement within a couple weeks. You can see what claims have been paid. If they need more documentation for a claim, you can easily submit a picture. ### 5/5 — Makes life easier *2014-02-28, version 4.0.0001* This is a GREAT app. Makes filing claims SO much easier.
