A good way to work around Hilo deliberately limiting its sync capability to Apple Health.
This app does need a reset setting feature. I’ve messed around with them & I can’t remember what they were to put them back again.

Sometimes diastolic bp will consider as systolic, and hr as diastolic. Currently i don’t know what triggers this datashift. Played with anomaly detection but resulted data loss. Want to help debugging this, because unpredictibility renders this stuff useless.

The app works well for monthly reports. Currently, weekly reports cannot be imported. Still, it's better than the overpriced HILO app. The support/manual page could use some updating.

Des soucis avec la 2eme colonne des rapports  qui ne sont pas pris en compte sur certaines pages. Problème signalé depuis plus de 2 semaines, pas de mise a jour en vue pour le moment.
Je fait des transformations pdf en  excel puis une macro pour l’extraction en csv automatiquement en attendant le patch de mise a jour…..

Die App hat schlichtweg keine Funktion, sie lässt sich nicht starten und die Werte lassen sich nicht extrahieren. Die Einstellungen sind nicht nachvollziehbar und werden auch nirgends erklärt.

The developer of this app does not believe Hilo is introduced in the United States.  However Hilo  was introduced to the US market in mid July 2026.   So my review stands.   The app does not seem to work with the US export of Hilo Core data.

Only export model is copy to clipboard completely useless

Please take the time to view our help pages to see the many ways you can export your data and all for a small amount of money with no subscription needed.

Die App ist so nicht brauchbar. Von 244 Datensätzen werden nur 161 gescannt. Eine Kontaktaufnahme zur Fehlermeldung über die angegebene Support-Seite ist nicht möglich, da die notwendige Registrierung dort scheitert.

How is this supposed to work?  No instructions just 2 icons one for settings that seems fine and one that takes me to my phone/cloud storage.  No idea where/if HiLo stores its data on my device or its own servers.  Help please.

$4 for scanning a pdf and turning to CSV? Ridiculous!

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. The app automatically scans reports, in any language, and then allows export to Apple Health or to CSV. If I you feel that is not worth the small amount we charge then feel free to request a refund from Apple.

Needs HiLo app which is not clearly stated on App Store which only has a note "this app is intended to be used in conjunction with Hilo bracelet etc......".

I was expecting this to automatically extract data from the Hilo bracelet into apple health. But it doesn’t do that. Misleading text

I don’t get the negatives reviews. This app does what it says. I hate Hilo’s app restrictions. The fact that BpExtrat is even necessary tells you a lot about Hilo as a company. Bpextract solves the problem of not having all your BP readings in AppleHealth. I just wish it was possible to have it happen automatically. But at least it’s easy. Thanks for making this.

Bis vor einigen Tagen funktionierte die App super, seitdem aus Aktiia Hilo geworden ist (Ende April, Anfang Mai 2025) ist eine Umwandlung nicht mehr möglich, sehr sehr ärgerlich…
Ich ergänze….offensichtlich scheint meine Kritik angekommen (sehr lobenswert), denn nach dem Update Mitte Mai 2025 funktioniert die App wieder einwandfrei, danke!

I loved the app updating with the old style. Now it’s been updated to work with the same health band under the name of Hilo and it still works with the undated reports of the app.

It saves having a £200 health band behind a paywall.

Well worth the price…

For a short period of time it did not recognize the new Atkiia Hilo format, but the new update fixed all of that!

Easy to use, unfortunately Hilo have made yet another change with a redesigned report in there release today 6/5/25.  As a result the app no longer works as it can’t read the report format now :(
Really quick response to ticket raised and issue with reports fixed with new version :)

App did what it say But  its not reading the reports now which i think is due to the change in fomat of the report. Hopefully there is a fix soon.

After updating to the latest version everything started to work again thank you.

Mai : Depuis l’arrivée des nouveaux rapports et malgré la mise à jour du 08/05 de l’application, l’extraction ne fonctionne plus. Ne sachant pas comment contacter le développeur, je laisse ce message ici. D’ailleurs, j’ai vu qu’une autre application permet d’avoir les données de Hilo via API, c’est Sonar, peut être une piste pour ne plus passer par l’extraction des pdf ?

Cette application est totalement indispensable pour les propriétaires d’un bracelet Aktiia désireux de synchroniser leurs données avec Apple Santé. C’est certes pas automatique car il faut générer un rapport dans l’application Aktiia pour ensuite l’importer dans BpExtract mais ça comble néanmoins un vide dans l’application officielle qui, en 2024, n’a toujours pas mis cette fonction en place. 

Merci pour avoir rendu cela possible et pour les mises à jour constantes !

Le moyen le plus rapide d'importer le rapport est de le partager directement depuis l'application Aktiia vers l'application BpExtract. Merci encore et faites-nous part de toute autre suggestion

Hi bought this app to allow me to export my Aktiia DATA and the process it to the way I want to before sending it on to my GP. Worked perfectly and produced a CSV file that was easy to open in EXCEL needed very little amending
