However, the icons appear pixelated (Devs and QAs should address this). Additionally, there is no option to hide or display the balance, nor to hide the blur app when running in the background. Introducing these features could enhance security. ### 2/5 — The UI and UX is terrible *2026-06-13, version 16* I can’t even copy my account number or hide my balance, there’s no button for it. There’s a keyboard for searching banks but it doesn’t work. Upon opening the app, i could not get in. No error notification and no display upon clicking login button. I dont even know whats happening. This makes me think twice investing in this platform bec the app is poorly built and qa’d. Having a system downtime without prior notice, you have to call their cx support pa. Then I tried several attempts to log in, palaging may error. I have an important transaction to make and I’m so frustrated right now. Transferred-in 50k to it and it works. Now im transferring another 50k and its failing again…like seriously? It always say wrong id but it is the right one the philsys id. Ive been banned for using it. I will change my review once i get an account but right now its not good. ### 1/5 — App is Not stable *2025-06-03* Log in errors prompt even your username and password is correct. When you try to reset password it will require the 12 digit account numbers which I am not sure where to get as it’s my first time logging to the app. As result I cannot reset my app. The 12 digit account control in addition to otp, image verification, and mpin, is an overkill control as a user. I am not recommending this as there is a tendency that you will lock your money inside the app and can no longer be accessible. ### 1/5 — BUG APP DO NOT USE THIS *2025-05-07, version 12* This app has a lot of bugs, you can’t send money if it is emergency. There’s a bug in every update. There system is very slow even though I have a good speed internet ### 1/5 — Virtual Keypad Not Showing Up *2025-03-05, version 1.9* I was trying to open an account but when I came on the stage of setting the 6-digit MPIN, the virtual keypad is not showing up. I dont want to set one that I am not seeing as I might not be able to open once the account is set up.
