## What is BPM?

Connect a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor to see live BPM at a glance, train with zones and intervals, measure HRV and recovery, and share your heart rate live.

BPM keeps the important number big and the controls out of the way.

LIVE HEART RATE

• Connect compatible Bluetooth Low Energy heart-rate monitors
• See current, average, minimum, maximum BPM, and current zone
• Set custom zones and alerts

WORKOUTS

• Run a simple timer or build work/rest intervals
• Save sessions with heart-rate, calories, sets, notes, and charts
• Sync saved workouts, heart-rate samples, and active calories to Apple Health
• Keep workout history synced through iCloud

RECOVERY

• Measure two-minute HRV using RMSSD from RR intervals
• Track heart-rate recovery during cooldowns
• Review HRV and workout history over time

SHARING

• Share live BPM with a coach, trainer, or friend using a temporary code
• Export workout summaries or JSON logs
• Live sharing is free and sessions expire automatically
