There's nothing wrong with this app. However, other than tempo, there's really no customizing anything. This is as simple as it gets.

Simple to use and accurate.  Many different tempos available and simple to decrease or increase the rate.  Especially like the genres of different beats to practice with, all looped.  Nice feature.
Only thing I would add would be a choice of metronome sounds, like bell, voice, click, etc.
