## What is BPPB?

BPPB is a private personal note-taking and logging utility for blood pressure readings from your own external blood pressure monitor.

Use BPPB to save readings, pulse values, dates, optional notes, and monitor photos for your own recordkeeping. You can add a reading manually, take a photo of your monitor, or choose a monitor photo from your library. When photo import is used, optical character recognition suggests values, and you can review or correct them before saving.

BPPB includes a dashboard, reading history, trend charts, and plain-language educational context to help you understand your personal log.

BPPB does not measure blood pressure using iPhone sensors. It is not a medical device, remote patient monitoring service, diagnostic tool, treatment tool, or clinical decision support tool. It does not provide medical advice. Always talk with a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions, and seek urgent medical help for concerning symptoms or emergency-range readings.

The current app is designed for local personal tracking. It does not include accounts, backend sync, ads, or tracking.
