## What is BPREPARED PFMS?

The BPREPARED App supports emergency workers using the BPREPARED Care software in both training and live operations. Use the app to register and manage victims during incidents, exercises, or disasters—securely and efficiently.

Note: Registration is required. Access is limited to authorized and trained users.

### 5.0.1 — 2025-12-12

The list of possible affected persons now supports additional optional fields, including gender, nationality, National Register number, language, and a second phone number. If these fields are present in the uploaded list and a match is found during registration, they are automatically populated in the dossier..

### 5.0.0 — 2025-10-01

It is no longer possible to open affected persons’ files directly from the local overview. Users must now copy the unique record number of the affected and enter it in the registration screen to open the file.

The button to refresh the local list is now at the top right of the app, instead of the bottom right.

### 4.1.2 — 2025-07-02

Access to the local overview is now enabled in the mobile app.
This overview displays the affected individuals who have been registered at the active location.
 
When registering a new affected person, it is now possible to enter a personal identification code that refers to someone on a list of potential affected persons. The data of this person will then be automatically transferred into the registration form.

### 4.1.1 — 2025-05-08

It is possible, during the registration of a victim, to specify the unique ID from the list of possible victims so that the data from that list is used.
