Rude drivers and overpriced. Tells you one quote on the phone while the driver tells you something higher. Seriously for that nonsense just save time and use another service like Uber.

Great app to arrange cab pick up in the Bronx. Quick pickup. Gives you the make, color and model of the car picking you up as well as cab #. Allows for cash and credit card payment. App needs to add the price quote. It'd be good to know what you're gonna pay for your ride before sending the cab.

The mapping doesn’t work worst car service app ever.I put in a address and it puts me on a blue map and says null. I recommend high class

They usually come quick! I can depend on them! And they are honest and true and go according to the app’s charges! 
Thank you BQN for taking me where I need to go!
It’s only when a different car service that is NOT BQN comes (apparently, when you download and use the app for BQN, other drivers from different car services are responding to the call)
My only bad experience was when I used the app and a “Guillermo” from KISS answered the call. My app clearly had my charge at $17. for the ride, but Guillermo refused to give me my change even when I showed him the charges on my phone from the app, he still refused and insisted that the app was wrong!!!! This is highway robbery! The charges should be acknowledged by the driver! I am not a confrontational person and Drivers who do not acknowledge These prices should be penalized!
