I have ran into one issue though - if you have 6 people it will not let you populate teams on the bracket. For some reason you have to have 8 players, or 4 teams not 3 teams. It would also be nice to add the ability to change the team size. ### 4/5 — Good bracket app... room for improvement but still using. *2020-10-30, version 24.0* This app has so many different options for making tournament options. The bracket options are incredible! This is not an app for tracking your kid’s softball tournament. The app sets which teams play each other next, this is not something that you can set. Using this in order to run a tournament is great. Very pleased. It has a few idiosyncracies. One bothersome thing this season is the player color option. Looks fine on the initial bracket, but when move to the full view (winner and loser on one page) to print out or forward via e-mail, the colors are switched or random. Not helpful when using teams with different colored t-shirts, and in order for the tournament administrators to easily look for the correct team to advance, (we run four matches at the same time) it is difficult to understand on the printed version why the "red" team is dark blue font and the "green" team is black font, when all the others are correct. Other than that (I'm a perfectionist at organization), we LOVE this app for our yearly quizzing league. We run 2 simultaneous league tournaments of 6-8 teams each every 4 weeks for 5 months and then run a big tournament with up to 32 teams and this app does wonders for us. It's wonderful to use the appleTV option for posting rankings on monitors throughout the building as we run the tournaments. ### 4/5 — Easy *2015-01-18, version 14.7* This a great app! Fix the crash issue! I used this app to help show the brackets for the state team tennis tournaments. We were able to check match ups before the bracket was approved. I highly recommend this $0.99 app!!! Just make sure you hit save. Re organizing seedings is easy, just enter the names, press edit and move players or teams around. Simple. Recently I started using again after a Covid hiatus. The names I enter to come up with bracket no long show the list of names. Found out in Apple’s dark mode the color of names are black like the background so names aren’t visible. Changed to white background names are now visible. Thank you ### 5/5 — One small change *2020-12-30, version 24.0* I just want to say that I really love this app but I can make one change is that when you go to interact mode on the full screen once you pick a winner loser is marked out on the winners bracket and then move down to the losers so it was a line through the loser so you know what games you’ve already played. ### 5/5 — Latest update is home run! *2019-02-20, version 23.0* I’m a tournament director of two very successful weekly 8-ball tournaments in Arizona; and, I used this app in the first few months of both. Almost all the tourney software on the market is Windows PC only, leaving MacBook users like myself with only 1 decent free software solution. I wasn’t going to go that route until I knew the tournaments were successful and would go on for some time in the future. So, I tried nearly all paid and free app solutions for ipads. And after experiencing most of them, this app was hands down the easiest, most intuitive, and all encompassing solution for my needs. And it’s FREE. Not 2 months ago, I emailed Jack (the developer) about some minor bugs and a feature wishlist. I never expected to hear back, but he responded within a week or less and embraced my feedback. Over the next couple weeks he and I exchanged emails, and I am happy to say that this app is now as relevant as any pc software. Why? Because I need to report my tourney results to the Fargo Rating system. This latest update now features all of the tournament’s match results and finishing order in a CSV file for easy submission to Fargo, or for your own tracking purposes and more! We do tournaments for basketball, badminton, pickle ball, etc. and this app works phenomenally! I run it on an iPad and project it on a large TV, using AppleTV so my students always know who they’re playing and on which court. I sent an email to the developer about a bug and he fixed it in less than 2 days - GREAT customer service! Recommendations: showing the game numbers as to the Loser of this game plays the Loser of that game in the Losers bracket (in the regular bracket view) Also, an option for court/mat number for each game ### 5/5 — Excellent *2016-08-23, version 14.13* A small amount of money well spent. We also AirPlay the iPad screen to a big TV via an Apple TV so everybody can follow what is going on. It's very easy to use and has just the right amount of options. If you are running any kind of tourney I absolutely recommend this app. I looked at several others but this one won hands down. Author is very responsive to questions and suggestions.
