New update now has “Forgotten Password “. However, when I use this it says my email address is not a registered user - if I then try to sign up again it says the email address is already registered - still rubbish ! ———————— Cannot login using same email/password as used on bradfordcityafc.com - is this normal ? if so some guidance would be appreciated. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-07-13, version 2.0.0* Tried to view my season ticket but no option for it. Updated the app and still nothing. Logged out and had to change my password, wouldn’t let me log back in. I notice there was a new version (not listed as an available update), got this version and requested a password reset - still waiting for the email 2 hours later (check junk et al). The support button in the Apple Store takes you to the general Bradford City web site - I can’t find anything there to provide the support I need. From what I have seen of this App it looks like a simple wrapper for the Bradford City Web Site - not really an app. ### 1/5 — Needs major improvements *2022-05-30, version 1.0.7* Gives no option to reset passwords and when you try to create an account it does nothing. Doesn’t give any user feedback to explain why its not doing anything. Unable to access the app because of these issues. Took many logins on the bradford city website, one for tickets one for the website and one for membership.
