Replacement ribbons are pricy and the app has a delay while typing. Device can not cut directly before or after text. Selecting and keeping font can be an issue as it wants to change too easily. ### 2/5 — Very buggy crashes *2026-05-14, version 3.2.0* This app is incredibly buggy it crashes randomly freezes up and when I’m trying to print things, it gives random printer errors occasionally. However, I think it could use a little UX polish to make it easier to use, and to address some of the slightly annoying quirks of the user experience. For instance, multi-line labels, there should be a simple way to advance to the next/previous lines instead of having to exit the line editor, and tap the next line. There are other similar things that could use polish. It seems like this app is not really a fully native iOS app, too. The overall experience feels more like a web app, or an Android app that has been cross-compiled to the iOS platform. Only gripe is that it’s a bit too easy to accidentally “print” before you’re ready because the print button is positioned too close to the object adjustable setting. As for the PC software, NO BUENO! Repeatedly tried to link my PC (via Bluetooth, WiFi, and Ethernet) to a S3700 printer. Though it appears connected the consumable (printer ribbon & tape) part numbers won’t populate, making it impossible to print from my PC. ### 1/5 — Terminal block broken *2025-07-29, version 3.0.13* After latest update, the terminal block selector will bring up a new terminal block, but will not give me any text input blocks ### 1/5 — Love Brady hate the app *2025-06-26* Bluetooth connection fails a hundred times a day. App is clunky it doesn’t work well. It freezes or can’t find printer. Gets stuck on random pages and can no longer navigate. I regret buying the m211 printer. On paper it sounds great with the app interface and small form factor but it’s annoying as FFFFUUU%%%KK to use man. Especially in our field of work the last thing we need is additional frustration on site. I tried downloading the app again and it now says my printer is unavailable.
