Fun game but not worth the effort of starting over every time. My suggestion is to not waste your time downloading the game until the developer acknowledges the issue is fixed. ### 2/5 — Saving doesn’t work *2025-05-29* I’m so used to games auto-saving these days that I neglected to save, so I had to start over… only to find that the save functionality is buggy and I was back at square one for a THIRD time. Ugh. Particularly frustrating since the controls are hard to get used to, making me utterly disinterested in solving some of the more arduous, finger-bending puzzles a third time. A shame since it’s an interesting game — I’d recommend either skipping it or playing through in one long sitting. ### 2/5 — Very difficult to maneuver the character *2025-04-11* Very difficult to maneuver the character. I thought the first time was a fluke but now I’m seeing that others are having the same issue. This game is too mind-bending to do in one sitting and I’m not going for a speed run. Touch control is sufficient though it doesn’t work as well on certain puzzle compared to physical controller (where you have to toggle the lever as a shadow). Developer needs to fix the save bug. It’s really important to save your games in all 3 slots. It seems like the first slot gets overwritten as a new game anytime you close the game for an extended period of time. It lost my save game twice — once after world 2 and again after world 5 (from a restart)! I read that someone had this problem, so I contacted Netflix support. They were not able to bring back my save file. “Technical team is already working on” was the eventual response. Don’t download this. Played through Worlds 2 and 3, and for some reason, after a time, when I go back into the game it’s starts me out completely at the beginning of the game. Tried both manual and auto save and the save gets overwritten after a few hours, losing all progress. It’s a horrendous bug that makes the game essentially unplayable.
