Learn new tricks, keep track of progress and compete with friends to get your rank up as a way to show off your progress. All sounds amazing… however… It seems like the braille team gave up making the app halfway through. After going through the super basic stuff which all have tutorials. You start to see just the trick itself with no explanation. Not to mention that some don’t even play a video… on top of that some tricks straight up crash the app making it so you can never update your trick list fully. I wish the team took this a little more serious and not try to monetize it. BRAILE HAS MADE ENOUGH MONEY!!! Maybe it’s because I haven’t pulled the trigger for the subscription yet? Looks like the app hasn’t been updated in over a year though, I hope it gets maintained and continues to improve. I liked being able to track which tricks I could land and increase my rank. However, for one trick, the video wouldn’t load and it would crash the app entirely. I ended up deleting this app because I figured I could just make my own list of tricks based on the Bootcamp series, then progress from there. It would get a higher rating if it weren’t for those crashes. Overall a fun way to track your progress if you can get the app to work. ### 3/5 — Features look great...app doesn't work. *2023-07-10* I tried using this app a few months ago after seeing it mentioned in a Braille video, and was impressed...until i tried entering information and trying to update my known skating skills. The app just didn't respond. Apparently, it hasn't been updated in over a year, and hopefully an update would fix it. This will allow you to rank yourself on an arbitrary scale against others to forever compete for unattainable/unnecessary goals intended to maintain income flow and interest in the company. Similar to LR Hubbards style of reselling the same material and extorting their followers, subscriptions are available for access to SMS, which are basic tricks tips available anywhere online-resold but not revamped-repeatedly by Braille. With this subscription, you can read and watch “courses” on how to do tricks rather than simply practicing them.
