## What is Brain Froggy?

Brain Froggy helps you pause before brain fog turns into a real crash. The app pings you a bit before your head usually goes hazy, then keeps you company while you breathe with Froggy, a small animated frog.

No course to follow, no streak to protect, no guilt for skipping a day. Open the app, pick 1, 5, 10, or 15 minutes, and breathe along with Froggy's rhythm. It is a quick sensory reset for the moments when noise, stress, screens, or plain overload make it hard to think.

What is inside:
- breathing sessions for 1, 5, 10, and 15 minutes
- gentle reminders timed just before your usual brain fog hours
- daily affirmations and soft messages, no guilt
- color themes, high contrast, and a dyslexia friendly font
- cosmetic hats for Froggy that you collect along the way
- core features that work offline

Brain Froggy is not a course or a daily planner. It helps you take one calm breath before the fog takes over.

Brain Froggy Pro is an optional auto-renewable weekly subscription that unlocks all features after the free period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
