I’ve been trying for weeks to cancel the subscription and they won’t let me

Cancellation can only be made through support mail, which doesn’t have reaction at all. I still got charged 39.99$ I don’t know what to call this, but this attitude doesn’t look client oriented or fair. It starts to look like scam!!!

Don’t ever download or use this app, this company charged me £0.77p and 1 month later they just took £31 from my account for a subscription I never did or agreed, beyond of that I’ve checked all my apps, wallet, bank apps and there’s no sign of this subscription, I had then to download the app, create an account with my email to figure out there was a U$39 subscription on my name, stay away from this company and their apps.

This application has not clear policies, i can not cancel my plane myself,  how apple can approve this app!!!

Os resultados dos testes literalmente não tem compatibilidade com mina tela (IPhone XR) várias informações se perdem nas laterais das telas e não consigo ler. Isso torna a utilização do app inviável.
