## What is Brain Infinity?

About three minutes a day, with questions shaped by your answers.
Brain Infinity trains math, logic, memory, attention and language. Normal sessions have 10 questions across 30 levels, with 3,000 English and 3,000 Japanese questions.

■ Neural Frontier and reclamation battles
Your colony has six facilities. Spend the Lumina your training earns to build and upgrade them to Lv.10; unlocking needs Brain Core levels, and your Core shines above the command tower. They open inside as well as out: restore one of their 36 sections to bring equipment and crew back.
Restore them in real-time reclamation battles: order your Guard, Striker and Engineer companies to advance or hold, capture generators for reinforcements, and link both relays to your landing to reclaim the core within four minutes. Difficulty is fixed per section, so upgrades strengthen your side, and restored sections can be replayed. Expeditions spend Lumina rather than award it.

■ Training shaped by your answers
Each normal run has 7 focus, 2 review and 1 stretch questions: practise your level, revisit what you find hard, and stretch within it. Recently seen questions are held back. Flag a question and move on, twice per run.

■ Hands-on puzzles in Action Lab
Choose from 10 formats, 2 in each area: totals, balances, patterns, ordering from clues, flashing locations, remembered shapes, moving targets, differences, event order and opposites.
Enter through Challenge modes on Home: 10 puzzles of one format, untimed, with progress and a best result per format.
Starting and resuming attempts is free. Completed training and challenge runs award 1 Lumina and 10 Brain Core XP per question answered, incorrect ones included; skips, unanswered timeouts and reported questions do not.

■ Infinity mode and Composite anomaly
Infinity mode cycles all 5 areas and ends after three mistakes or timeouts; streaks and quick answers build your score. Composite anomaly starts with 45 seconds that answers extend and mistakes cut, measuring how long you last. Best results stay on your device and do not affect medals or unlocks.
Review your answers from the result screen; these modes keep your latest 200.

■ Daily goals and records
Missions sets three main missions a day, one each from training, challenge modes and expeditions once a facility section opens; finish all three for a Main Streak mark. The play calendar shows medals, streaks, days played and a mastery board of all 30 levels. A daily reminder can be set or turned off in Settings.

■ Research Lab
Normal training earns Brain Core XP. Neural Index measures progress from your answers and challenge levels, and Neural Spectrum your balance across the 5 areas. Core recommendation suggests your next category and level.
Neural Index is an in-game indicator, not a medical or intelligence assessment.

■ Levels and medals
Each area has 6 levels of game difficulty. Score 80% for a silver medal to unlock the next. Bronze 60%, silver 80%, gold 100%. Normal questions allow 30 seconds and offer a hint; a displayed question's timer runs in the background.

■ Readable visuals and music
VoiceOver, larger text, high contrast, reduced motion and sound-effect captions. Status uses more than colour alone. Three original ambient tracks; music and effects switch in Settings.

■ Ads and the optional purchase
A banner sits at the end of Research Lab. A full-screen ad may appear before results, at most once per five completed training and Action Lab runs, never while answering.
The one-time Remove ads purchase hides both, with no expiry or renewal. Every puzzle plays without it. After reinstalling or changing devices, use Restore purchase with the same store account.

■ Languages and data
English and Japanese, no account required. Questions work offline; purchases, restores, ads and usage data need a connection.
Usage analytics becomes active after the age check when sharing is on, and switches off in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-14

Everything from 1.0.9 and 1.1.0 in one update. The headline is the reclamation battle, a real-time rebuild of how expeditions are fought.

■ Reclamation battles (expeditions)
• Three turn-based battles are now one real-time battle. Route choice and mid-run supplies are gone; reclaim the central generator within four minutes to restore your target section.
• Send your Guard, Striker and Engineer companies to a site and set them to Advance or Hold. Holding takes less damage but lowers attack and capture speed.
• The battlefield has your landing and five generator sites. Generators periodically send out their owner's troops; capture one to cancel the enemy's queued arrivals and start your own reinforcements.
• Capture and connect both relays to your landing to open the core's shield. You don't need to defeat every enemy. Losing your landing or running out of time ends the mission.
• Reinforcements join a company and follow its orders. You start with 3 summon slots and gain 2 for each generator captured, up to 13. Fallen companies return at 50% HP with the next landing replenishment.
• Spend power on sentries (4) and healing a squad (3). Both need a supply connection.
• Each of the 36 sections has a fixed difficulty from 1 to 10, shown when choosing, deploying, fighting and on the result. Upgrading facilities and your Brain Core strengthens your side, never the enemy.
• Every facility's battlefield has its own twist: fast enemy capture in the Habitat, enemies healing across connected sites in the Biosphere, snipers hunting weakened squads at the Observatory, periodic discharges and allied shields at the Reactor, armored enemies in Industry, and faster production on both sides at the Starport.
• Terrain, buildings and troops are rendered in 3D, and troops walk, attack, take hits and fall. Zoom in on the battlefield or switch to 2× speed.
• The battle keeps running while you select companies or buildings. It pauses when you leave the app, and Save and leave in the menu takes you back to the colony. Resuming has no departure fee.
• Restored sections can be replayed for the usual departure fee. Expeditions award neither Lumina nor Brain Core XP.
• Expeditions still in progress from before the update end. Restored equipment, Lumina and your training records stay.

■ Neural Frontier
• Your Brain Core now shines above the central command tower, growing and gaining rings of light as it levels up.
• The six facilities have new materials, lighting and shadows, and you can see inside the greenhouse.
• Lumina and Brain Core figures, and the amounts earned and held on the result screen, now use their own icons.

■ Missions and the play calendar
• Until a facility section opens, the expedition main mission shows as locked, with a button to your colony. Normal training and challenge missions carry on as usual.
• The play calendar now includes the mastery board. Tap a cell to see that level's details.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-10

Everything from 1.0.4 through 1.0.8 in one update. The headline is Neural Frontier, where the Lumina your training earns becomes a colony, and the tactical expeditions that take its sections back.

■ Neural Frontier
• Your colony has six facilities. Spend Lumina to build and upgrade them up to Lv.10. Unlocking needs Brain Core levels.
• They open inside as well as out, and hold 36 sections. Restore one and its equipment returns, with crew and robots at work.
• Lumina comes from training. Expeditions award neither Lumina nor Brain Core XP.

■ Tactical expeditions
• Choose a Guardian, Striker or Engineer to lead a squad of three through three battles. Pick targets and switch between focus fire, barrage, fortify and repair. Break through the control core to restore your target section.
• The difficulty is rebuilt. The safe route is a gentle way in; the risky route asks you to read what the enemy telegraphs, choose who to hit and time your support.
• Section difficulty is fixed at 1 to 10 by the equipment you are restoring, so upgrading a facility strengthens your squad rather than the enemy.
• Each of the six facilities fields its own enemies: coordinated fire, healing networks, rear-line snipers, synchronized discharge, regenerating armor and staggered raids.
• A battle runs at most 20 turns. The counter shows what is left, and the result tells a wipe apart from running out of turns. Skill effects, costs and cooldowns, and what each supply does, are on screen. Strategy hints stay closed until you open them.
• Restored sections can be replayed, from the command room or the operation result, for the usual launch cost.

■ Three challenge modes
• Action Lab: 10 hands-on formats across math, logic, memory, attention and language, 2 per area. Tap, place, connect and arrange your way through 10 puzzles of one format, with no time limit. Each format keeps its own progress and best result.
• Infinity mode: questions from all 5 areas in turn. Three mistakes or timeouts end the run. Streaks and quick answers build your score.
• Composite anomaly: start with 45 seconds. Correct answers add time and mistakes take it away. See how long you can keep going.
Open them from Challenge modes on Home.

■ Lumina builds your base
• Starting and resuming Action Lab is now free. Mission points are no longer earned or spent.
• Completed normal training and challenge runs award 1 Lumina and 10 Brain Core XP per question you answer. Incorrect answers count; skips and unanswered timeouts do not.
• The result screen shows the Lumina you hold and your total Brain Core XP.

■ Daily goals and records
• Missions now sets three main missions a day, one each from normal training, challenge modes and expeditions, with the reason it was chosen and what completing it takes. Finish all three and the day gets a Main Streak mark on your calendar.
• Growth records are rebuilt: medals earned, best standard streak, main streak, check-in streak and days played. The correct-answer streak carries across question sets.
• Review your answers from the result screen. Infinity mode and Composite anomaly show your latest 200 questions.
• A daily training reminder is available. Change the time or turn it off in Settings.

■ A cosmic redraw
• Medals are new: a comet for bronze, a ringed planet for silver, an eight-pointed star for gold. Each reads by shape, not colour alone.
• Icons across every screen, and the marks on memory questions, now share one cosmic style. Light links your choices on Home, the signal in Missions and the growth curve in Research Lab, and stardust spreads while you touch the screen.
• Every one of these effects follows the Reduce motion setting, and none obscure the numbers or labels.

■ Also
• The banner is now a single slot at the end of Research Lab's scrolling content.
• Fixed a purchase that could not be retried after being interrupted.
• Moved Core recommendation into Research Lab and growth records into the play calendar.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-07

Action Lab arrives, and the whole app has been redrawn.

■ Action Lab
New ways to answer: tapping, placing, connecting and arranging.
• Choose from 10 formats across math, logic, memory, attention and language, with 2 formats per area. Play 10 puzzles of the same format without a time limit.
• Finish normal training to earn 10 points per correct answer. Starting an attempt costs 20 points. Resume the same attempt without spending again.
• Each format saves its own progress and best result. Your balance stays at the top right in Missions and Action Lab.
• Added sounds and effects for answers, taps and placements, plus distinct illustrations explaining every format.
• Open Action Lab from the Home category grid. Its category order matches Home; tap a selected category again to clear the filter.

■ A cosmic redraw
• Medals are new: a comet for bronze, a ringed planet for silver, an eight-pointed star for gold. Each reads by shape, not colour alone.
• Icons across every screen, and the marks on memory questions, now share one cosmic style.
• Light links your choices on Home, the signal in Missions, and the growth curve and spectrum in Research Lab. Frontier gained an arrival sequence, and stardust spreads while you touch the screen.
• Brain Core XP now moves with the feedback during a challenge and on the result screen. Number badges in Missions and results revolve, and speed up when tapped.
• Every one of these effects follows the Reduce motion setting, and none of them obscure the numbers or labels.

■ Also
• Moved Core recommendation into Research Lab and reorganized Today's orbit records and growth records in the play calendar.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-06

Completely refreshed: 3,000 Japanese questions and 3,000 English questions.
This release includes the additions prepared for 1.0.2 and all subsequent improvements and bug fixes.

■ Added and updated
• Rebuilt the questions across math, logic, memory, attention and language, and revised the content at each level.
• Practice history for question types starts fresh. Earned medals, XP, unlocked levels and score history are preserved.
• Added optional one-time Remove ads and Restore purchase in Settings. No expiry or renewal; every question remains free to play.
• Added question reporting with a choice of reasons and a replacement question, up to twice per challenge.
• Limited full-screen ad opportunities to once every five completed challenges.
• Improved progress and timer displays, and layouts on larger screens.

■ Fixed
• Long answer choices being cut off.
• The selected language not being remembered after restarting.
• The next question or memory display advancing while the app was in the background. Existing question time limits still elapse.
• Delayed audio playback after muting or leaving the app.
• Display updates with high contrast enabled and navigation to locked levels.
• The growth comparison from your first run after extended play.
• Retrying after a failed purchase start, purchase and restore status updates, and hiding ads after buying.
• Clarified restoration requirements and usage-data information, and corrected the initial setting that disables analytics before the age check.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-03

Fixes, and the legal pages where you would actually look for them.

■ Fixed
• The language picker in Settings was unreadable — its two options and Cancel sat invisible against the sheet behind them. It is now a panel in the app's own colours, and the current choice is marked by a filled icon rather than by colour alone
• Opening the play calendar from the streak badge on Home and then pressing Back landed you in the Lab instead of back on Home. Older links to the calendar still reach it

■ New
• A disclaimer page
• Links to the privacy policy and the disclaimer, in Settings and on the age screen you see the first time you launch the app. Tapping either copies its address
• The privacy policy has been brought up to date with how ads and analytics actually work today
